@mikevlach There is nothing in Romans 11 to suggest the root are the promises. The root is Jesus Christ. Verse 20 says we stand fast through faith. Since when did salvation come from anyone but God?

Increasingly unpopular truth: God’s chosen people can and does include Jews. There are Jewish followers of Yeshua and have been since His earthly ministry who don’t cease being Jewish upon accepting Him. Irrational and demonic hatred doesn’t cancel out this fact.

I thought more people especially professing “Christians” would realize that by using “Christ is King” arbitrarily, two things are present: 1. It’s profaning His name 2. They’re slandering (which God hates) a group of people (Jewish) by saying they all reject Yeshua when many followed Him then and many still do now
