@MichaelJordaan except that Claude is a model and openclaw is an OS. You're not comparing equivalents. Your comparison is like comparing Ford to diesel engines - it's an incompatible comparison.

In short: Claude is like Apple (polished and integrated) while OpenClaw is like Android (messy but open). The irony is that (Apple-like) Claude works best with Google software (mail and calendar) while (Android-like) OpenClaw works best with Apple hardware (Mac Mini).

Interesting statement: Compute decommoditse at scale. I think it also applies to frontier LLMs. But hopefully not for long.
