In short: Claude is like Apple (polished and integrated) while OpenClaw is like Android (messy but open). The irony is that (Apple-like) Claude works best with Google software (mail and calendar) while (Android-like) OpenClaw works best with Apple hardware (Mac Mini).

@webafrica your support is terrible. i bought a new line from you and it is still not live. no way to speak to someone, i am just left for hours waiting on whatsapp without response. You have no phone support. Can phone for sales but not tech support. thats so poor.

At $50k MRR hourly rate of solo founder is $284/h (22 days @ 8h) Preparing one call, then doing it, with high risk of rescheduling generally takes 3-5 hours So that costs $852 to $1,420 to acquire one customer for a $99/mo plan No logic in doing calls for most ppl

My response to any customer who needs docs or meetings for their compliance / infosec team is that they need to go to a bigger provider. 1 meeting and the inevitable followups just sucks all the profit out of a $99 / mo subscription. It just doesn't make business sense.
