Got off with a girl at a party and went back to hers. Woke up parched in the night and found a plastic cup full of water which I drank. Was woken a couple of hours later by the girl searching the room and muttering something about contact lenses. Made my excuses and left.

avid "this did not happen, but like extra" hater but as a 18 years long contacts user, this did not happen. Why? Even if he decided to drink her water for lenses, she wouldnt notice before using it next time. She wouldnt use it in the morning. He would definitely notice the way he drinks it is scarce. Like really, scarce. Not like a water bottle at all. And I am not talking about the taste, just the pour stream. And this is all. Theres more proofs but those are anecdotal and might not apply to hers. But really, this did not happen.

@fesshole Did exactly the same thing once. Didn’t notice the two plastic cups side by side. Topped one up and drank the lot. Was decades ago in the days when so-called ‘hard’ lenses were made of glass. When they got gritty she’d pop out the lens, lick it clean and pop it back in.

If I were writing an article about Zelenskyy's dress, I would call it a suit because it's the shortest, easiest way to describe his outfit without getting into the history of men's tailoring. But I would also recognize this is not what most people recognize as a suit. 🤷‍♂️
