@ShoneeKapoor What's the use of going back on words. First she files a case of rape and then goes back on her words. In between a criminal case is filed due to her filing a case and the man is sent to jail
English

A man was jailed in a r@pe case arising out of a Shaadi.com relationship despite the complainant herself admitting that there was “no commitment of marriage” and that the physical relationship had developed “with consent.”
The Delhi Court granted bail after observing that the relationship appeared consensual and noting that the complaint was filed only after the accused married another woman, exposing how adult relationship disputes can push men into arrest, jail, social humiliation and criminal prosecution even without any clear promise of marriage or demand for police custody during investigation.

@thala_speaks Its a woman's only tradition. When this is celebrated only woman are present and that too in closed area. But few jealous people would take the video and share it online for fame.
English

@NalinisKitchen If this is the case then don't get married to people who women don't want to give consent.
All these could have avoided if she married someone else. If he is not physically appealing then just say no to the rishta.

After a lot of criticism about the web series Chiraiya, I finally watched it and did not find anything objectionable in it.
Some people criticised the female character badly. They said things like a woman can sleep with others but say no to her own husband. But the series is actually about consent and emotional understanding in marriage.
Here is the story:
A girl and a boy get married. From the morning of the wedding day, the woman is not feeling well and is sick.
On the first night after marriage, she does not want to get physical because she is unwell. She says no to her husband many times, but he ignores her refusal.
Her husband forcefully has sex with her, and she gets hurt because of the pain. The next day, she talks about it with her mother and sister-in-law, but they tell her that this is normal in marriage. She tries to accept everything and move forward. All she wants is love, respect, communication, and emotional connection first.
But her husband never understands her feelings. Instead, he always forces himself on her without caring about what she wants.
They even go on a honeymoon, but she is not happy. She does not actually want to refuse intimacy forever, she only wants her husband to understand her emotions and respect her consent. But this problem continues every day, and for her, it feels like rape every time.
Finally, she becomes mentally and emotionally exhausted.
In desperation, she makes a cut in her v****a with a blade so that her husband will think she is on her period and stop forcing her into physical relations. But the cut becomes very deep, and she has to be admitted to the hospital.
After this, a police complaint is filed. However, because there is no clear law about marital rape in many situations, an FIR cannot be filed for that reason. She also tries to file a false dowry case later, but she withdraws it.
This web series is mainly about consent. Consent is important in every relationship, including marriage.
This web series is all about consent. Consent is required all the time. The problem is that many people believe that if marital rape becomes a law, it may be misused. But this series is about a woman who is being forced every day and is suffering silently.
NO MEANS NO.

A video is rapidly going viral on social media in which something happened to a passenger that he could not have even imagined.
The passenger had a confirmed ticket and was sleeping comfortably when a woman came along
and asked for a place to sit only during breakfast.
The passenger gave the woman his seat for having breakfast,
and after some time, he dozed off.
When he opened his eyes, he was shocked to see that the female passenger, whom he did not even know,
was sleeping next to him after finishing her breakfast.
The man's ticket was confirmed but now he was even afraid to wake her up
because he said that
if his hands accidentally touched her, it would be trouble for him.
Now just imagine, what if this situation were reversed?

@SiddharthKG7 The thing is this is part of notification. They should not come wearing the things prohibited by the exam conducting body.
English

In case anyone is still not aware, this is the type of harassment we are putting our kids under just before their important exams.
This might be from some show but this is exactly how it is done. Some years ago, they even had instructions about undergarments.
This is stupidity of highest order if they cannot anyway stop the paper leaks. The adult responsibility is being transferred on teenagers.
No motivation, no exam pe charcha, no premanand ji maharaj, nothing will help if you cannot fix the system. Then you want these kids to stay in India & work with worst type of Govt hospitals setups.
This is becoming a madhouse as we speak. Someday your own kid will face this. NEET paper leak must be set as an example.
English

@SiddharthKG7 Happiness for those kids who missed the exam due to arriving late.

Ok. So what if she's not? You don't get a cheating pass according to beauty of your spouse. There will be always someone younger and prettier than your partner. Cheating is just a pathetic choice you make.

@rohankapoo46987 @UncleSamGlobal Why get into arranged marriages without informing the Grooms ??
English

A man confronted his girlfriend’s father in a park, only to discover a heartbreaking truth. He revealed they had been in a live-in relationship for two years, assuming she loved him. However, the father dropped a bombshell: the girl had already agreed to marry a Navy officer chosen by her family, without ever telling her boyfriend.
This is the dark reality of modern relationships. People use others for convenience, live with them for years, and then easily discard them when a better or more stable option comes along. It is absolute betrayal. The boyfriend invested two years of his life, only to find out he was just a temporary placeholder.
Why do people lack the basic decency to be honest about their intentions, instead of destroying someone else's life for their own convenience?
English

@iamankitpande People should be aware of their families expectations from the marriage partner.
Also, while marrying someone in arrange marriage, it is important to make things crystal clear from the start itself.

One wrong marriage destroyed a man’s entire life.
One of my friend’s elder brothers loved a girl who was 2 years older than him and also manglik.
He told his family clearly:
Age does not matter to me.
We can do the worship for manglik if needed.
I just want to marry the person I love.
But his family refused.
They pressured him emotionally, separated them, and arranged his marriage with another girl.
From the first day of marriage, there was no happiness in his life.
Slowly he got separated from his parents and brother.
He shifted to another city with his wife.
Whenever he tried talking to his family or meeting old friends, fights started at home.
One day he finally said he wanted divorce.
After that, a dowry and harassment case was filed against him and his family.
He spent 2 days in jail.
Later, they settled the matter after giving jewellery and ₹16 lakh.
Today that man lives alone.
He barely talks.
Barely smiles.
He just works silently and survives somehow.
His younger brother says:
My brother’s life changed the day he was forced to leave the girl he truly loved.
Sometimes parents think they are protecting their family honour.
But forcing someone to marry against their heart can destroy an entire life.

@NalinisKitchen Lives a luxurious life, cries about not having luxurious purchase power
English

This couple lives in Bengaluru, and both are working professionals.
They shared a detailed breakdown of how much it costs for a married couple to live in Bengaluru, where even a good salary can disappear quickly by the end of the month.
Rent: ₹56,000/month
Helper: ₹10,000/month
Groceries: ₹15,000/month
Electricity & Internet: ₹15,000/month
Commute: ₹6,000/month
Eating out: ₹10,000/month
Subscriptions: ₹3,000/month
Shopping: ₹15,000/month
Their monthly expenses are nearly ₹1,30,000, and this does not even include vacations or luxury purchases.
Bengaluru may offer high salaries, but the cost of living can be just as high. For many people, saving money has become harder than ever.

@ShresthaSingh_ @khurapatibalak1 Even if it was a big dispute then so what?
English

@khurapatibalak1 There was a small dispute with her husband so she left the house but with whom she stayed is also a matter of public investigation, I think she is not giving any unnecessary statement.
English

“Pragya Singh has returned home.”
She explained that she had a fight with her husband on the train, so she got off midway and called her mother.
But now the biggest question is this…
If she got off just because she was angry,
then where did she stay in Begusarai for 7 days?
Who did she stay with?
When the entire family and the police were searching for her,
why didn't she try to return or contact them sooner?
Was it just a husband-wife dispute…
or is there still more hidden in the story?
What do you think could be the real reason behind this?

English

@NalinisKitchen God forbid, no one should get a women like her in marriage.
The marriage is already broken and he will spend rest of his life paying maintenance
English

@raj_rohit7781 @gharkekalesh Lol no
This mindset will put you and your family behind bar and court chakkar for 5 years minimum

If a wife has a headache and goes to sleep… is it “cruelty”?
Asks a Supreme Court judge.
You know what’s wrong with this picture?
— The husband.
Yes, the husband — because he had the audacity to approach the courts seeking justice.
The real culprits? The advocates who told him, “File divorce on this ground, you’ll get relief.”
They created false hope, dragged him through Family Court → High Court → Supreme Court… and kept billing him at every stage.
This isn’t justice.
This is legal extortion dressed up as “due process.”
How many families are being looted by lawyers who know these cases have zero merit but still milk desperate clients for years?
The system isn’t broken.
It’s working exactly as the middlemen designed it.
