Anyone have any really good sleep tips or aids to try and get a proper nights sleep? This is so bad. Working all day tomorrow. Bank holiday weekend and so busy. Maybe I need to start working out properly or some form of cardio to tire myself out. Am actually going crazy!

Surprised at how well I'm doing. I've never had this level of stability.....ever. Took a moment to reflect on it today. I'm doing well on my social work degree. Instead of going to the pub I go to therapy and as a result I'm able to maintain my sobriety. #TherapyWorks #SoberLife

Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her. The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.
