First day of funemployment. Something I have learned is that if I so choose, I can watch “real life police car ambulance stories” style tv shows 24/7. There are SO many of them. It’s basically all that’s on freeview, that and strange quizzes with very elaborate sets.

And you know what? It’s ok that not everyone wants to be a magical Swiss Army knife person, and your business model shouldn’t rely on them.

Can we give the whole “shitting on an entire career path” thing a rest? It is exhausting. Sure there are plenty bad PMs out there, but funny thing? There are also a lot of terrible engineers, and even more engineers that are not interested in doing the product management bits.

@I_amMukhtar Check the small print - when it launched it was based on Verified impressions only. So more of an alt-right pyramid scheme than a genuine revenue stream. If that’s changed though might as well cash in while you can

Using Deliveroo for some essentials and got an “age restricted item” note. The item? Sanitary towels. Deliveroo if you think periods are an age gated thing I have an 11 year old version of myself you should talk to.
