I honestly can’t tell you when to buy $QUIL. All I can do is warn you NOT to fumble this bag. This is a rare project with the potential to become the next bluechip, on par with $KAS and $TAO. Important: Quilibrium 2.0 upgrade drops October 10th, with a mining unlock estimated to be between 150 and 190 million tokens. 1. The project has a special caliber of community and support behind it (fair launch, no VC's or KOL's), so it’s hard to predict how much of this is priced in already. 2. Predicting the selling pressure is tricky, considering that every serious crypto player I know has been eyeing this unlock for months. 3. The 2.0 upgrade is massive, mainly because it introduces S3 to rival AWS. Dapp development on the network becomes possible, and GPUs start playing a key role in mining. My take: Observe, be patient, DCA, and hold strong. Market conditions and multiple launch delays have already suppressed price. The timing of the token unlock should coincide with the market hitting its stride a few weeks from now. Once this is behind us, it's liftoff. Any positions taken at these approaching levels could be a massive win for anyone with the patience to ride out the storm.

Many people asked me what happened to $LIBRA @0LNetwork. To cut the story short, I will just quote the ELI5 made by a guy from the community: "Person A stole coins. Person B bought person A's stolen coins in a direct peer to peer sale because person A had a friend that "vouched" for them. Person B may or may not have known they were stolen. Person A wallet is banned for stealing coins. Person B wallet is banned for buying stolen coins. Person B took a risk buying from Person A, before the coin being listed on any exchange or any official channels, in hopes of big gains. Person B received consequences for the risk assumed by his actions, but would prefer to have just the reward, or in some cases, just a smack on the wrist. Person A is either MIA or person A doesn't feel that they are the one who wronged them, so Person B is in chat or Twitter, screaming into the void for someone to care in this wild west world that is crypto. The end." What is my personal opinion? I feel sorry for all the guys affected and who might be innocent...but the measures took against them...ARE RIGHT! Shocking? I will explain below. I bought a watch last year, with a certficate of guarantee, the original box etc. Everything seemed right. Then I sent the the watch in the official service for a small problem. They told me that it appears that the watch I bought was stolen, so the local police confiscated it. They didn't give me anything back. Neither another watch, nor the money. So I got rekt of a few thousands dollars. They said that the only way to get my money back is to sue the person who sold me the stolen watch. It's exactly the same situation with $LIBRA. I bought something which was a stolen product. I didn't know at that time that it was stolen, of course. But I still got rekt. Now the people who bought stolen coins are screaming and cursing @0LNetwork. It's like I would have cursed the police that they confiscated my watch, instead of suing the thief who sold me the watch. Lol, people have no idea about law and rules of the society they are living in.
