@solarplicity two failed appointments for smart meter install, meaning I’ve wasted two days annual leave. No response from my calls or emails... what else do I need to do? @ofgem

@solarplicity Thought about it for two whole days whilst I’ve waited in for your engineer to visit to do install. No show both times and no reply from @solarplicity. Customer service is beyond a joke.
