@koinzangreg I feel this. My dad passed in 1994 at 48 from a heart affliction. Many neighbors were between 51 and 45 at the time. Went home recently dsm they all got old and a few are no longer with us.

@thefarmerslife @cowbroker I was a dinner with 2 friends recently and the total was $102 if using a CC it was only $91.50 if you paid cash Thats a heck of a difference Thankfully we had cash to cover it.

@cowbroker I used to work retail. The stores still have fees, and really big ones can probably get lower rates. American Express was a 7% fee so we didn’t take it. Data through the cash registers showed credit card customers spent 30% more per cart than cash customers.

Question that I’ve never seen asked….Everyone has seen small biz who tack on 3-4% for credit vs cash to cover transaction fees charged to them by CC companies…Big biz doesn’t do this, do they get better deals or is 2-3% of our entire consumer economy going to CC companies?

However i believe there are only 4 school age kids and I dont believe there are any under age 11 in the township Crazy to think about

I recently got an early 80's plat book map of the township I grew up in. One thing that I realized was, where were the kids? In the 82-83 school year I counted 34 school age kids in my township and 18 either too young or not born yet. Today I dont know everyone in the township

@steveconaway1 I had a friend whose wife is from NM. One year, they did the Balloon Fiesta in Abq. then drove to Chaco canyon then spent a day in Santa Fe. He was surprised that he liked it as much as he did., cause he wasn't looking forward to it. lol

What are some of the best place to visit, see, and learn from in the U.S.? In the past, I’ve enjoyed visiting National Parks and learning about our country at historic places and seeing architectural significant buildings, but I’m sure there’s tons of hidden gems I’m unaware of.
