@opfpNews Really don't like segment between 10-14 secs with it swapping to a 1st person view and Sanji fading in & out before being launched. Nami & Robin launch don't even show a hand or action, I guess its done to save time?

@RoomTempShrimpp @CopeAndSeetheYT The interested parties were in his discord. They were also reposting it themselves. Its true that Aiden deleted it and its way smaller in scale than what Brandon did, but its already made its way to interested parties in Aiden's case or are you going to deny that?

@rollerrot1 @CopeAndSeetheYT Wdym ‘readily accessible’ it’s not in his discord anymore, so how are these ‘interested parties’ going to find that ‘easily’ 💀 ‘Publicly known’ is also different from something being ‘public’ obviously, hence the added ‘known’, this just seems like you’re coping as you go ngl💀

Aiden put out the face, name, and work of someone's wife because Lio wouldn't have a call with him. He is also the origin of the name and work becoming public. Rowen was doxxed in a tweet with 1.4 million views These are obviously not the same things. Hope this helps LMAO

@RoomTempShrimpp @CopeAndSeetheYT That's how I'm using it. "public" being used as shorthand for "publicly known." it is now readily accessible for interested parties to find easily instead of still being niche info found on a youtube video with 10 views or in a description/bio of a niche now defunct website.

@rollerrot1 @CopeAndSeetheYT Yeah that’s what I said, originated/origin implies he’s the first one to post it, when that isn’t the case. Unless we’re defining ‘public’ as some set criteria of views something needs to reach before becoming ‘public’, which isn’t how the word works 💀

@rollerrot1 @CopeAndSeetheYT Ok so he’s not originating the doxx, got it. Again, I’ve been very critical of Aiden spreading Lio’s wife’s doxx but to now claim he originated the name or work doxx is absurd!

@RoomTempShrimpp @CopeAndSeetheYT Dickers said it was a 7 subscriber Youtube channel and the video had less than a hundred views. Doxxing usually reuses info already on the internet, its just tucked away somewhere. 1.4M viewed tweet is way more public at that point compared to the 7 subscriber video or Aiden

@CopeAndSeetheYT ??? How is Aiden the origin of the name and work if he said he got it from some YouTube video? Obviously I disagree with Aiden spreading the doxx of Lio’s wife, but you’re saying ‘Aiden doxxed!!’ vs ‘idk if I’d call this doxxing…’ when they’re both cases of spreading doxx

@trashkais @slyboyforever and the last one, said they dated Tom for like 2 months, met up twice. She said it was the worst time of her life, Tom then shows DMs of her saying it was a good time, and how she really wanted to meet up again. She would later say she was convinced by friends that she was abused

@trashkais @slyboyforever She wasn't the only one who came forward, 2 others came forward. 1 of them alleged that Tom followed her on insta, nothing explicit was ever exchanged. She told Tom she was 15, and Tom told her, 'he shouldn't dm or follow anyone until they're 18' so Tom unfollowed her.

@WhiteNessaBae @realNikandros Liability waivers are not absolute nor above the law. They get pierced all the time due to gross negligence, which is the case for the example.

@realNikandros If you accepted a terms and conditions by entering and buying tickets that says you are responsible for any injury or death that occurs while in the park and it’s not their fault then the contract is above the law because you agreed to the terms.

Imagine you operated a ride at a carnival that you own independently from the carnival corporation itself. They merely act as an intermediary, as a platform for you and other independent ride/stall/booth operators. Because of something called "section 230", you're actually fully responsible for your ride, and the carnival doesn't even have to monitor whether you follow their guidelines as long as they respond to reports and moderate in good faith. Now let's imagine you don't do any maintenance on your ride or follow standard safety procedures. Your ride is in fact in gross violation of several of the carnival's "community guidelines". As a result of your neglect, a child is injured on your ride. In what legal system is your liability for the damages shifted from you to the child's parents, because the carnival entrance has a fine print saying "minors require parents consent to purchase ride tickets"? Especially when there's no actual age verification system in place? That print is not even there to protect you, it's to protect the carnival from liability. Contracts can't override the law, and parents also don't have the authority to consent to having crimes committed against their child. Even if they signed a liability waiver, even then it apparently wouldn't be enforceable if the injury was caused by gross neglect. Am I missing something here, or is this about right?

@KattN0tWilliams Justin Cooley isn't a witness, he's one of the 7 plaintiffs that was suing Afroman. Based off last names, pretty sure he's subordinate (at least at that time) and son of the alleged lemon pound cake eater.

@Snt_rome @DramaAlert Afroman was raided based off false info that he was human trafficking women in his basement (he doesn't have a basement). They broke his gate, door, cameras, ate his lemon poundcake, and seized money that was in the house. This was him getting the seized money back 1/2

In this leaked clip, commentary loser @Just_A_Robots subjects others to his power fantasy of "one shotting" me if he were in the Rosa call/the target of it after crying about Ponder. Meanwhile, the videos on him bully him worse, and he runs afraid from Italian @TheOppBlock .
