When they got the betrayal breakup special that put them in a reconciliation slowburn and it took 2 seasons for them to realize they don't want to kill each other... yeah yeah

Except he accepted her reasoning and then spelled out that he thought they liked each other and she didn't deny it. So even if the signals comment was presumptuous, his conclusion wasn't wrong. Acting like he premeditated Eugene as if laurel didnt force him to do it on a whim💀

No he didnt gaslight wednesday into falling for him, yall always act like she cant think for herself n make her own decisions. She already had a crush on him n he acted on it for the plan AND his own feelings. And these motivations could clash, like what happened in this scene.

what’s interesting to me is compared to other characters (morticia, fran, isaac etc.) wednesday also gradually switches to hyde or simply tyler, rather than calling him a monster.
iirc “you fell in love with the monster” in her conversation w capri was the last one.

just realized that this is the first scene where tyler refers to himself as a hyde rather than a monster, and after this he starts pushing back against monster/curse speak.
