@JDhelpteam Wow I came to know JD cancelled my order themselves without my permission and just informing that JD has cancelled order and processed refund….who are you to cancel my order??? And who gave you permission??? And if you wanted to cancel why did you placed order in first hand?????

@JDhelpteam I ordered 4 items out of which all items were send separately….I just received one item and other 3 items were not delivered to me anytime….even your delivery partner didn’t had status change on tracking link for a week and when I called back JD customer care team

@JDhelpteam Can you tell me timeline when can it be solved????? And to let you know originally I ordered England team official sleepsuit for my newborn to have photoshoot on match day eng vs france and I was to receive this parcel before that but I didn’t received and I lost photoshoot money

@JDhelpteam And JD customer agent says please be patient and we ll deliver your pacel within 5 days…..i am waiting since 2 weeks with no status update to me about lost parcel and when I try to reach out at that they realise….

@JDhelpteam I do not have problem in waiting Kasim…but problem is you guys JD are not coming back to client with solution…you guys lost my parcel, you didn’t updated me, I am waiting for more than 30 mins to talk to JD customer agent and still not getting solution

JD team offered me replacement order placed on last sunday and told I will receive it by 3-5 working days but today I received some parcel from JD which has 1 item and that too which I never ordered. more shocking to find that order receipt in that has item mentioned different
