@thetrainline I’m now 4 months into a refund process with u. The amount is small but the incompetence has been huge. I can only hope that u directly employ the tactics you do to deter people from pursuing refunds otherwise I’m surprised u can operate. How do I close this out?

@LloydsBankBiz Thanks James. It seems like all online/new banks are not on the scheme yet and when we talk to ‘traditional’ banks we are passed back to them. Understand the situation is still unclear but British Business bank is also not aware of the huge number of companies in this position.

We can see what banks are accredited the problem is a vast number of smaller companies don’t deal with these institutions - is there any advice on which banks will engage with those who are not currently a/c holders with them? @LloydsBankBiz Thanks Lynne it looks like it’s cleared. However you might be in a better position to answer our question: we’re enquiring whether Lloyd’s (or any CBILS accredited bank) is willing to lend to a company that is not currently a Lloyd’s a/c holder (instead have an online only bank)

@ronan_oboyle @BritishBBank Same boat, use an online service and of the first 15 lenders i have spoken to have said i need to be a customer and new accounts can take up to 21 days to recieve any lending. Will be out of business by then #forthefewnotthemany
