@EmiratesSupport myself and my wife flew business to Mauritius stopping in Dubai. On the first leg my suitcase was cracked/damaged, an electrical item broken, and the wheel torn off. On the second leg to mauritius my wife's suitcase was damaged and a wheel torn off hers too !!
