@British_Airways Yes and the told us our seats had been given away and the flight was full. We queued to talk with a member of staff at the customer service area but it took so long we left the queue.

@British_Airways arrived 35mins late in LHR still 40mins to make same terminal connection. Denied at boarding pass scan. Told we are too late. Put on flight 3hr later. Get to dep lounge and the original flight not even boarding yet. Told that our seats had been given away
