One of the most subversive books around: The Hiding Place, by Corrie Ten Boom It celebrates shielding Christ’s enemies from the political consequences of their evil. Promotes lying to do so. Glorifies resistance to just government and cobelligerence with Communists. Paints the just consequences for these actions as persecution. And does so all in the name of White Protestant Christianity. Two dozen copies are available at your local Christian homeschool bookstore. Ministers cite it in the pulpit as something well known and beloved. The rot is very deep.

A consistent pattern followed by so many “evil people and impostors [who] go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2Tim 3:13), “devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons” (1Tim 4:1), whether they serve Satan by promoting sexual license or hatred of Jews, is their incessant rage-baiting. This is because they themselves are addicted to rage. ²² A man of wrath stirs up strife, and one given to anger causes much transgression. — Proverbs 29:22 (ESV) This is equally true of @kevinmyoung’s and @ZachWLambert’s brand of extreme evil on the one hand and @CoreyJMahler’s and @spanglermt’s on the other. Whether they do it with a cheerful smile or a stern frown, they camouflage their own anger toward God by provoking anger in others. That’s but one reason we’re told to mark and avoid people like them.

It’s the Red Hen all over again. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the Arkansas governor, was having lunch with two mom friends near her kid's school in Little Rock. The owners asked her to leave because her politics made them feel unsafe. We have the details: dailywire.com/news/red-hen-d…
