@fenixwryght @Jongonzlz Creo que ese es el siguiente movimiento, sobretodo si las pensiones se estancan o empiezan a ser menos generosas. De esta manera la vivienda se concentraría en menos manos aún. Y ningún fondo o banco estaría interesado en invertir en vivienda nueva puesto que la devaluaría.

Además de lo que dice @Jongonzlz, veo bastante probable un escenario donde los búmeros hagan hipotecas inversas a mansalva para tener una renta al margen de la pensión en lugar de que sus hijos hereden sus bienes inmuebles, dejándolos con una mano delante y otra detrás.
