Love making music but struggle to get a good mix? I built SignalFarm for that: Prompted mixes that sound pro, with zero generated audio. Explore many mixes without losing momentum, quickly poll friends vote the best. Before/after + demo loom.com/share/1a310712…

@AishwaryaDevv Chromatic, using with figma mcp and a 'reconcile' skill to keep tabs on the design system, avoiding dupe styles and bloat, making the UI more consistent.

what MCP server has actually changed how you work day to day? not looking for the obvious ones, more curious about the ones that quietly became essential the servers you would miss if they disappeared tomorrow

@housecor Go, is fast and a small language with less room for error. If it builds it usually works as expected.

Imagine a future where we mostly stop reading AI generated code and primarily focus on behavior. What programming language should the AI generate? How do you decide?

@mcuban I think it will be solved soon as people use JSON schema to make these harnesses deterministic-like. Too many people trying to re-invent their imperative flows and won't work at scale.

I’m coming to the conclusion that the biggest challenge for Enterprise AI, and AI in general , as of now, is that it’s still impossible to make sure that everyone gets the same answer to the same question, every time. Which is a great response to the doomers. AI doesn’t know the consequences of its output. Judgement and the ability to challenge AI output is becoming increasingly necessary, and valuable. Which makes domain knowledge more valuable by the second. Am I wrong ?

@lordtstxn I do programmed until an album is 80% then everything gets redone with a live drummer. On a few songs I've left both in the mix and it hits super hard.

@Austen for building 10X, doesn't demand have to rise vs fall? layoffs could trigger a spiral downward, lower demand, more layoffs, on and on.

Sometimes it feels like I’m the only person who thinks AI will create far more jobs than it destroys. Isn’t that the obvious outcome of this?

It's long past time for editorial boards across the U.S. to call for Trump to: (1) resign; (2) be removed via the 25th Am; and (3) to be impeached. They don't have to choose which way he should be removed, but they must explicitly argue that he cannot be allowed to remain POTUS.

Making your mix not boring is key. I’m telling you. High energy, moving mix perceives much better than a technically perfect but boring mix. The funniest thing is that you don’t need super high knowledge to make your mix not boring. You just need to work a bit. Yet too many mixes fail in this regard. Because of laziness. Lesson? Don’t be lazy and your mixes already will be listenable.

@JulienceUK Someone needs to make a desktop app that while streaming on Spotify it just goes to Bandcamp if you click on an artist.

Here's the brutal truth about streaming vs Bandcamp: Spotify: 1,000 plays ≈ £4 Bandcamp: one purchase ≈ £7 straight to the artist If you genuinely care about independent music, this is where that care lands. Come find me: julience.bandcamp.com 🎸 #indiemusic

I miss the days of fully padded vocal booth. A separate room for recording where you can’t even hear a single word from outside, the producer has to sign you from the double tempered window to come out.
