I recently finished up my first 6 week Velo camp at @AthleticsBe where I hit a PR of 67 mph! I learned many important details about my wind up and push off to help increase my velocity, as well as new drills that I can implement! @ExtraInningSB @OKAs2010Madden @SoftbalAmerica
