I met Dhananjay & Aryan today. They are building Neospaien - an AI pendant which acts as a "second brain" I know - there is a LOT of hype & money flowing into this area - but these folks are different: (1) Their Neo S1 device works - I saw the live demo from my 1 hour conversation with them. (2) They haven't raised a truck load of money (under $100K from Angels) and Aryan has himself written the software & firmware which powers Neo (3) Aryan is a devout PKM (personal knowledge management) practitioner - he's studied Tiago Forte's work & uses Obsidian like an absolute pro. PS: You can see the pendant active with the blue light in the photo itself It is rare to see an audacious vision (to build an AI enabled second brain for humans) coupled with sharp commercial instincts (they're already thinking about channels, Sales & their BOM). PS: This is an early product journey (< 6 months); so they will have to work on privacy, performance & form factor. They share a bunch of confidential stuff on this front which I can't post here. I went into the conversation slightly skeptical but open minded - I walked away mind blown (didn't even realize that Mr Bhavish of Ola was 2 tables away & that is why the cafe was so noisy!) ➡️This one team which I am rooting for; signed up to the early access program & looking forward to being one of their early users.
