British police are hiding Henry Nowak’s final Snapchat and police bodycam footage. 18-year-old Henry Nowak was stabbed to death in Southampton. His Snapchat videos captured the attacker carrying a 21cm blade and saying “I am a bad man” – shown in court. Bodycam footage captured the dying teen handcuffed by police, pleading “I’ve been stabbed,” “I’m dying,” “I can’t breathe.” He collapsed and bled out in cuffs. Yet the full raw footage remains withheld from the public despite outrage and petitions. Why hide a victim’s final moments if there is nothing to hide? Release the Snapchat and bodycam footage now. Justice for Henry demands transparency.

Why can correction officers wear Aboriginal and Pride flags, but not the Australian flag? This anti-Australian woke nonsense from the government has to stop. 🇦🇺

My mate Bouncer died yesterday. He’d lived with us for 13 years as a furry, purring, permanently migrating ornament. I didn’t know I could feel such grief for a witless bag of bones who destroyed my favourite sofa and crapped in the shower tray. Below is a picture taken on the day he selected me at the animal shelter.

What if the west isn't the villain they told you it was? We’ve spent years accepting accusations about racism, intolerance, and slavery without challenging the bigger historical reality: The societies most condemned today are also the ones that led the world in ending slavery, expanding rights, and building the most tolerant nations on earth. That’s the conversation nobody wants to have.

On January 6th I followed the crowd into the Capitol and shouted. Police stood by the whole time, hanging out with us and sometimes directing us places. At one point near the House Chambers I was walking downstairs when a trio of some special section, secret service looking men started pointing guns in my direction. Confused and annoyed, I walked the other way and when I saw a normal police officer asked him why they were doing that. He informed me a protestor (Ashli Babbit) had been killed, and advised me to leave the building. I walked towards the exit and after a short rest on the bench I left. I harmed nobody and damaged no property that day and complied with all police orders. What I received for that was a pre-dawn raid at my parents house, where my 1 month post-partum wife and I were staying, on Biden's first day in office. His DOJ had signed the order to arrest me 3 hours after his inauguration. In the subsequent weeks I received death threats online and harassing phone calls, something that would be ongoing for the next few years. I was banned from Meta and Paypal. My wife and I were both debanked by PNC and banned from Airbnb. My wife was detained at the airport for hours with our newborn daughter. I was charged with 4 misdemeanors and the 1512 unconstitutional felony. The government offered to drop the misdemeanors if I pled to the felony. The felony was a lie, so I refused and went to trial. At trial the prosecution for 2 days straight was allowed to show footage to the jury of things that occurred around the Capitol I wasn't present for "for context." When we asked to put forward footage that contradicted the prosecution's "context" we were not allowed. They could show what they wanted, we could not. Police officers were then put on the stand for the next 2 days who cried about their experiences. I had no idea who they were. They admitted they never saw me or interacted with me. Nevertheless like every other J6er, I lost, and was sentenced to 4 years and $22k in fines and restitution. Yet even after the Supreme Court overturned the felony, the judge would not let me out until my misdemeanor sentences of a year were maxed out. Because she can't count she actually kept me in longer - to the extent she intervened at the last minute to make the prison release me on a Sunday, something that is against BOP rules. My family sat outside the prison gates the Friday before practically the whole day waiting in vain because of this pettiness. But the government wasn't satisfied with their pound of flesh: after my release they took me back in for resentencing, to attempt to have me resentenced after the fact to my misdemeanors consecutively, so I'd be taken from my family again and have another 1.5 years behind bars. This time I won, as they had no legal precedent and it skirted on violating double jeopardy since I had served my full prison time. Even still, it cast a cloud over the holidays and cost me another 20k my family couldn't afford. People ask whether prison was bad, and yeah of course prison sucked. It was a hard and violent place. I was present for a stabbing, and was lucky to avoid two fights and a race war. But dealing with Biden's DOJ and the DC Judiciary was the real trauma - they would grind down your spirit by weaponizing the legal system and use the endless procedure to bankrupt you. I had nightmares for months after release that I had somehow been hit with new charges. By the time I was pardoned by President Trump, I had spent literally every single day of Biden's presidency either in prison or under some form of supervision. I had incurred over $300k in legal fees and over $1 million in lost business. It was a reign of terror, and yet it was a mere foreshadowing of what they had planned for anyone else who opposed them under Kamala. The country should never forget it.

An 18-year-old kid gets stabbed in the street. He’s running for his life, begging for help, and instead of saving him, the police handcuff him while he bleeds out because the attacker claimed “racism.” They let him choke on his own blood. No urgency. No humanity. Just cold, ideological policing. Months later? Still no names. Still no suspensions. Still no accountability. Meanwhile, the same UK police have arrested over 12,000 people for social media posts. They move at lightning speed to jail citizens for tweets and online comments, yet they can’t even name or discipline the officers who allegedly let a stabbing victim die in handcuffs on the street. This is the definition of two-tier policing: aggressive against ordinary people speaking online, but protective when it comes to their own failures and protecting the narrative. The British people deserve real justice, not another cover-up. Justice for Henry Nowak.

Henry Nowak’s final words were “I can’t breathe” after he was stabbed and police handcuffed *him* while he bled out on the street. This is a 10,000x worse than George Floyd. Why hasn’t CNN, NYT, or WaPo covered this story?

Our Reilly girl passed away suddenly last night. My mum told me she got comfortable on the bed, next to my mum's knees, and quietly slipped away. I am so shattered. Losing two dogs in the space of 18 months (our boy Fergus died early last year) has been horrific. Reilly was my girl. She was the funniest, sweetest dog. And I'm devastated I didn't make it home to say goodbye. I said this when I told you all about Fergus last year, but I'll say it again - my mum is especially destroyed losing these two. She reads your comments, so feel free to send her some love. I'm grateful to have had beautiful, wonderful dogs. And I'm so grateful that Reilly went peacefully, with my parents close by, knowing she was loved beyond words. Pup photos always welcome on a sad post like this. You know I love seeing your fur babies. I'm sorry to anyone else who has experienced loss recently. ❤

Henry Nowak was 18 years old. A first year accountancy and finance student at the University of Southampton, walking home from a night out with his football team on December 3rd, 2025. On Belmont Road he was met by a 23 year old named Vickrum Digwa, carrying a 21cm ceremonial blade across his chest. Digwa stabbed him four times. One wound went eight centimeters into his lung. Henry climbed over a fence trying to escape. There was already a blood trail on the street behind him. When police arrived, Digwa told them he had been racially abused. Henry told them he had been stabbed. He told them he could not breathe. The officer told Henry he was under arrest on suspicion of assault. Henry repeated that he had been stabbed. A voice on the body cam replied, "I don't think you have, mate." Henry drowned in his own blood on Belmont Road in handcuffs. By the time CPR began his lungs were already full. A doctor flew in by helicopter. There was nothing left to do. The knife was at the killer's mother's house. She had walked it home. Henry's phone, the one he had filmed the whole encounter on, was in Digwa's pocket. All of this came out in Southampton Crown Court last week. The bodycam was played to the jury. This is sworn testimony in a live murder trial. A teenager was killed by a man who then told the police the teenager was the racist. The police arrested the boy who was bleeding out instead of the man who had been carrying the blade. Whatever you believe about institutions, that is what happened on that street. Henry Nowak. Remember the name.

This was one of the best rides of my life. I felt locked in fight night. No fear just focused positive adrenaline. Love to my team. 🥹 My heart is heavy, I wanted to throw, battle, win, but I kicked when I should have moved and was down and done. If I hadn’t tapped she would’ve broken my arm, as it had begun to crackle. The disappointment of losing like that is very humbling. @JonnyBones and @cainmma came up to my table after the fight. They set my mind straight. Jon said, “You haven’t fought in 17 years? Do you know how big your balls have to be to get back in there after that long? Did you set some sort of record or something? Respect!” 🤣 That’s exactly what I needed to hear from the best to ever to do it. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for a year, training felt like swimming as hard as I could upstream. I can count on two hands the number of times I felt good training. It was physically the hardest thing I’ve ever done taking the weight off while turning back into an athlete. I felt like a science experiment losing 100lbs. Every week the pressure of how to get that little bit off. I learned a little late how to do it healthier but trial by fire. The California Athletic Commission is great and one of the strictest in the world. They weighed me a week and a half before the fight, extra tests and scans, multiple drug tests. We weighed in and they weighed us the night of the fight to make sure we complied with the rehydration rules, which I passed all easily. I needed to go through this fight to implement permanent lifestyle changes and now I feel like this is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see where I can push my body to go next. I’m so glad the world got to experience this version of @rondarousey I found a beautiful woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister and legend. I adore you lady. We made history, again. I hope @MostVpromotions MMA @netflix continue on because they CRUSHED it. Respect where respect is due. @nakisa_bidarian @jakepaul It was such a great experience. Thank you ALL for showing your support. It’s because of you we get to face our fears and live our dreams. With all my heart, thank you all. ♥️

Labor’s cut of $3,000 a year in funding for the parents of late Corporal Cameron Baird VC, so they can travel Australia sharing his story and the importance of service is utterly appalling. This government’s contempt for our veterans is crystal clear. Disgraceful.
