5th graders in @bethani_price @APSClevelandES are playing a kinesthetic game where the scholars jump/move from the middle to each side based on flowering and non-flowering plants. They played with vertebrates/invertebrates as well.

@bethani_price is preparing her fifth grade for Science GMAS with a fun game of Jeopardy for engagement, so we can KNOCK GMAS OUT THE PARK. #DOUBLEDIGITGROWTH

@sassyjlanise has moved on to heat energy right on time, so kudos. Right now, they are engaged in their Do Now, which is a mini-experiment creating heat with the friction of their hands.

In @sassyjlanise's class @APSClevelandES, students fossilized an object and showed the layers of Earth under which fossils would be found.

@sassyjlanise @APSClevelandES is ready for her scholars to do a project creating fossils.

@sassyjlanise class @APSClevelandES is learning about fossils. They learned about the ecosystem found in fossilized dung. Now, they are analyzing a 3D model of a dinosaur fossil & writing their findings. For ex. if they say meat eater, they have to explain how they know.

Students in @bethani_price @APSClevelandES thought the solution would change color when bleach was added, but nothing happened with the vinegar.

Students in @bethani_price @APSClevelandES are learning about physical and chemical changes. Today, they are doing an investigation and predicting what will happen when vinegar or bleach is poured in with the colored water.
