@rosaly_lopes I would love a copy. Do you happen to know whether your book is available at the JPL library?

amazon.com/dp/B0G2LB7YZY/ My first children’s book is out! My JPL colleague Nagin Cox and I wrote it inspired by our friend and colleague Claudia Alexander, a scientist who became the Galileo mission’s project manager. Claudia left us way too soon but she still inspires many.

Stunning new view of Mars from JPL. At the same time, we can’t forget that the President’s proposed budget would eliminate one of the science community’s top space priorities: Mars Sample Return. MSR, led by JPL, has been the top priority of planetary science for over 20 years. We must keep fighting to protect NASA.

Something very special to share with you all this Sunday morning: a gorgeous new view of Mars, sent back from the slopes of Mt Sharp by Curiosity just a few hours ago, looking over her shoulder at the floor, and distant rim, of Gale Crater... Credits: NASA/JPL-Caltech/S Atkinson

There's a new interstellar comet in the neighborhood! Known as 3I/ATLAS, this comet poses no threat to Earth – but it does provide a rare opportunity to study an object that originated outside of our solar system: science.nasa.gov/blogs/planetar…

If you’ve been following the ongoing eruption of #Kīlauea, you may have seen the term ‘gas piston’ in USGS updates, photo captions, and other places. Have you wondered, what on Earth (or at least on Kīlauea) that is? #VolcanoWatch has the answer: usgs.gov/observatories/…

@PeterDiamandis Because it’s expensive and takes 6-8 years to pay for itself. If tax credit goes away fewer people will install

Looking out the window of my plane, what I see is millions of rooftops WITHOUT SOLAR. Why isn’t every rooftop, sucking down photons from the sun?
