Yes, their military and political tact know no peers than each other. But it was how they raised each man to feel like they had a share in those conquests and a vested interest in supporting each great man that separates them from one like Belisarius. To say “white people and black peiple think differently” is such an insanely reductionist way of thinking that it teeters on the precipice of being an outright lie.
