A teacher at my school was absent today? Why? Because yesterday a student put hand sanitizer in her water bottle and she drank it. She is sick, depressed, and is afraid to breastfeed her baby. Student lost recess as a result. #zeroconsequences #whyteachersarequitting

Cruz family friend & neighbor Patricia Devaney-Westerlind drew an objection from prosecutors when she said Lynda Cruz told her that Parkland shooter Nikolas was sodomized by a neighborhood kid. The attorneys are now arguing over the admissibility of this hearsay statement.

Parkland shooter penalty phase day 16: Before testimony resumed today, the defense renewed an objection to the jury hearing about Cruz's use of swastikas. The topic comes up in a recorded deposition of a Cruz family friend that the defense intends to play.
