Yet again ‘early next week’ now isn’t on the cards - don’t know what @RossCare and #SouthportWheelchairServices are doing as the chair is in the office - only problem it cornstarch have a lap strap - I’ve already got one. @JR_MerseyCare running this service - just shows!

@terriergail Hello Gail, we do apologise for this. Some of our communications experienced an unforeseen disruption due to an IT system changes over the weekend. We understand the team have been in touch since to resolve this. However, we do apologies for not being contactable when needed.

Absolutely disgusted that despite @RossCare in Halifax having an out of hours telephone number for urgent repairs, that not one person has rung me back and despite our son starting his Duke of Edinburgh's practice expedition this Monday - leaving us with problems !!
