I was just 18 when I sustained serious injuries including spinal cord injuries #SCI in a suicide attempt - when, around this time, a doctor took my mum to one side. He said he didn’t think I would reach 30. Now in my mid-50’s! Don’t believe dire predictions! #SuicideAttempt

Got a new kettle but this mean my toaster plug came out and I couldn’t get out the plug for my new kettle. Two @MerseyPolice men came down the stairs and helped me fix everything out. So helpful and kind. Thank you! Today in S’port morning.
