I visited Mt. Charleston with @rossjmiller & other local officials to assess the damage from the recent storms. I'm grateful there were no severe injuries, but there's urgent work ahead. I'm advocating for an emergency declaration to ensure timely repairs and relief.

Today, @RepHorsford, #ClarkCounty Cmsr. @rossjmiller & various agencies walked the grounds of Old Town on Mt. Charleston to get an updated look at the damage caused by #TropicalStormHilary, talk with residents & discuss recovery efforts. A lot of progress has been made but there is still a long way to go.

Nevada National Guard is en route to assist. A boil water order has been issued. A shelter location for residents is at 2755 Kyle Canyon Road (the hotel)

The old town area in Mt Charleston has substantial flooding as does rainbow subdivision. Residents are sheltering in place. State route 157, and SR 158 at SR 157 is shut down, and the power is currently off.

@LorneRoss3 @dj_barrett_2018 Non issue. I originally brought in Kahn & Stein as part of our court appointed executive management team. Both were later retained independently by Vinco. I’ve since sued Vinco and Vinco counter sued me. To my knowledge, neither are engaged in that litigation.
