Confession time. I once smashed a window with my drive and didn’t report it. 24 years ago I was learning to golf and played this very poorly designed hole. Basically designed for houses to get wrecked. I hit a low solid push that directly smashed a window. The homes were under construction, so there was nobody to tell. I would have had to contact the builder. I rationalized that it’s a builder issue, cost of doing business on a golf course. Would you have tried to contact the home builder? I actually still feel bad about it.

How long do you wait for a green light on a blind par 3? We had an issue at Cruden Bay on their famous 15th hole. We were behind a twosome and waited an eternity. Finally caddy said to go, assuming they must have forgot to hit the switch. We hit into them. 😢

I’ve had 3 students get their FIRST holes in one in the last 2 weeks. ⛳️ I’m still sitting at a big fat zilch, nada, zip, 0️⃣. 🤣 (I have lipped out a few times, and I flew it directly into the hole from 202 one time… only to have it fly right back out as fast as it went in.)
