Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

The Utah Jazz will win the lottery 🎰 The NBA fined the Jazz $500K and the Pacers $100K for tanking this season. Adam Silver went on record saying it "undermines the foundation of NBA competition." Now think about this... The "draft is rigged" crowd has been loud for YEARS: 🔹 LeBron to his hometown Cavs (2003) 🔹 NBA-owned Pelicans land Anthony Davis (2012) 🔹 Zion to Pelicans after AD demands a trade (2019) 🔹 Flagg to Dallas after the Luka trade (2025) So here's the conspiracy that nobody is talking about: If the NBA wanted to PROVE the lottery isn't rigged... what better way than giving the #1 and #2 picks to the two teams they literally just fined for tanking? The league publicly shamed the Jazz and Pacers. Fined them on national TV. Adam Silver called it "overt." So if Utah or Indiana wins the lottery... nobody can say the NBA did them a favor. Hate saying this as a Red Sox fan, but Judge is getting way too much hate from Sox fans right now. I hate the Yankees as much as anyone, but he’s not playing for the Yankees right now, he’s playing for Team USA.
And honestly, he hasn’t even been that bad. From what I’ve heard he’s been praising Roman Anthony a lot and has been a really good influence on him too.
Also, Judge isn’t some bad guy. No scandals, not a dirty player, nothing like that. I think Sox fans need to lay off him a bit.
That said… from the bottom of my heart, I truly hope he loses 162 games this season.

Final thought on the whole Aaron Judge thing: has anyone else actually enjoyed rooting for him? This is an all-time MLB superstar who also seems like a genuinely great guy. I hate Aaron Judge the Yankee, not Aaron Judge the person. If he’s suiting up for my country, I’m all in.
And honestly, I’ve never seen a superstar this good and this respected get treated this badly by his own country while he’s out there representing them.
