You get a fake grants github tag by fake bot which says that it targets OS projects for a gitcoin grant. They create a fake github account with a fake project and create issues (500 of them as of now) The email is legit because it comes from github account as it's an issue reply. And the email seems legit The link in the email behind grants[.]github[.com] redirects you to a fake website: github-fundation[.]com The github account that created this is fake and just created If you access that link, of course they try to make me connect a wallet Please be aware and don't fall for any free money. They target me because of Soldeer. Please be aware and share for visibility. THERE ARE MANY ACCOUNTS AT RISK! I contacted @github but not sure when they respond.

Here's a quick update on the first-boot experience I've been developing for Dogebox. From first boot through to protected, connected and ready for use. I speech jammed myself when trying to type a password and talk at the same time :P

Dogebox update: Heya folks, just wanted to share some progress on the Dogebox appliance project. We're rapidly approaching 'end-to-end' functionality of: install a PUP, start it, stop it, uninstall it.. and all the intricate details that involves when done in a secure execution environment, backed by a full Dogecoin core node. At the same time the team are working on many different parts of this picture: some (green) are user-facing web apps you can interact with, and others (the pink) are 'services' which provide APIs that you or anyone can use to build cool software on Dogecoin. TL;DR-all-the-technical-nonsense? Soon there will be a secure, decentralised dogecoin environment you can run at home on cheap hardware that will let you easily run nodes, try new experiments, sell things in dogecoin or even develop the next amazing Dogecoin project yourself.. anything you can imagine. PS: am aware someone has launched some 'token' called dogebox, this has nothing to do with that thing.
