Please tell us where in law that’s written. Then show me in international waters were our laws are lawful. A combatant is a combatant. A terrorist organization is not given the same rights as a governmental organization in the law of war. That’s why they were designated a terrorist organization. That wasn’t on accident. Show me where in the military code it says if you don't obliterate an enemy vessel on the first shot, you're not allowed to take a second shot? Because I always thought the military objective was to finish the mission to it's absolute finality.
