When we move there will be a (hopefully short) period of time where I’m not insured other than OHIP. Talked to my pharmacist today about my drug costs. Over $4000 a month out of pocket. Why are next gen drugs so expensive and why are we not talking about this? #mentalhealth #meds

@bipolaritycheck Sometimes when my thoughts are racing bad I rapid write the thoughts into my journal as they happen (as best I can). The act of writing them down feels like they’re released from my mind in a way and lessens the intensity of the thoughts.

@angeIatheart I established a somewhat routine for my mornings which I find I actually look forward to when I get up. First thing I do is self care, coffee & meds, then I’ll either turn on a show I enjoy, read my book or colour. Sometimes I clean if need be which always clears my mind☺️
