Iran is an evil terrorist regime. President Trump is absolutely correct in eradicating this reign of terror that threatens our national security. This evil regime has blood on their hands of killing Americans and Christians, Jews, and Muslims across the Middle East.

An Iranian missile just struck Jerusalem’s Old City near the Western Wall, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, some of the holiest sites to Jews, Muslims, and Christians.

@DeborahDuffin @arunkumar3112 Steel-cut oats r an excellent soluble fiber to add to the diet that also acts as a prebiotic food. oats are beneficial to promote anti-inflammatory integrity in the intestinal bacteria. Steel-cut oats are less processed than old fashion rolled oats &have a lower Glycemix Index.

Part of me wanted to quit when I realized the system serves pharma profits, not patients. I stayed to help people escape it.

Your liver and gut work as a powerful team and everyday vegetables can give both a boost. Broccoli is rich in sulforaphane, a compound that activates your liver’s natural detox enzymes to help neutralize toxins and reduce inflammation. It’s also packed with prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria, supporting smoother digestion and better nutrient absorption. Action Plan: Add broccoli to at least 3 meals this week. Steam it lightly, roast with olive oil, or chop it raw into salads. Pairing it with a healthy fat helps your body absorb even more of its protective compounds. Which cruciferous veggie do you reach for most — broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts? Or what’s your favorite way to prepare it? #GutHealth #LiverHealth

Meals shape your mood. And here’s how to make your next meal mental health friendly. Pair carbs with protein to smooth blood sugar swings and keep your energy (and emotions) steady. Load up on fiber (slowly) to feed gut microbes that make short‑chain fatty acids and support serotonin. Choose colorful vegetables to fight inflammation that can impact brain health. Stay hydrated to adequately perfuse your brqin and prevent a depressed mood, brain fog, and headaches. Build resilient emotional health, one balanced plate at a time. #MentalHealth #HealthyFood

@DeborahDuffin @rowforfun All plant based foods are unhealthy with lot of toxins. Big food companies are marketing plant foods as low fat, zero cholesterol heart healthy. Low fat, zero cholesterol means high in refined carbs and sugar

@rowforfun @arunkumar3112 Thank you but I don't click on links on social media. I know there are still people who think animal products are harmful to health, but it was just a story circulated by the food companies who wanted to sell us low fat junk. So they poison us with seed oils, sugar & additives

Block the straight of Hormuz for a week and the world goes mad but block the Rafah crossing for years, preventing the entry of food and humanitarian aid into Gaza and nobody bats an eye. It’s not hard to see that this world values markets, profit and capitalism over human lives.
