A great #SEERMHOS study by Drs. Mullen, Thaker and colleagues using a patient-reported deficit-accumulation frailty index (DAFI). Frailty is a significant predictor of lower OS in local/regional stage at dx, but not metastatic in this older (65+ yrs) pop. @SitemanCenter @WUSTLmed
