@cmcalgary Thankfully, not fucked. I am very fortunate to be able to work from home. Which would actually save more water. There better be proper compensation for those that have to close.

@BrendaB63153826 @JyotiGondek It doesn’t control all of the water in Calgary. Just the majority of it. There’s only two plants in Calgary and this line services one of them. The other one can’t keep up. And yes, it’s probably the line that was put in when you were a little girl.

@JyotiGondek It is probably the same water main that was there since I was a little girl growing up in Bowness but I still do not think that that main controls all of Calgarys water. I sure wish the MSM would freaking tell the dam truth for once.

UPDATE ON WATER SITUATION: 1. The crews in Bowness have managed to remove enough water to reach the pipe & start assessing the damage. 2. We’re using more water than we can produce. Let’s keep limiting our water usage in our homes, everyone. We can get through this together.
