In Buddhism we understand that every action comes with a consequence. Due to my decision to stand up for my Jewish friends I am losing a few people from my life. Today I parted company with Tony Pontius who has run my record label BGP for a number of years. I wanted to release 'We Will Dance Again' but he was unequivocal and said 'I want nothing to do with this song' and I responded 'ok, we are done'. When someone is gutless it really does not hurt to say goodbye. My faith in humanity will not diminish and the truth will always win. I will release it!

They’re also permanently listed on the child abuse registry‼️ They’re now fighting back by SUING the state and their child’s therapist in an effort to clear their names.

A Jewish friend of mine recently tried to order a LYFT and was told that his account was "on hold" due to a complaint of “violating community standards.” He was never notified that he did something that violated anything. He doesn’t talk politics, is respectful, and tries to be nice, and always tips. He contacted Lyft and never heard anything back. Not long after, he was refused service again and contacted the Lyft help line. He discovered that he had been banned from Lyft! He asked why. They could not tell him and gave him no information of what he did and when. When he asked “I have had no one contact me to inquire about this incident (of which I no nothing about), so I am just accused and presumed guilty?" The response: "We cannot discuss this and the decision is final. We respect our drivers and customers!" On his last ride before the ban, the (Muslim) driver was polite and gave good service, so my friend gave him a nice tip. But now he wonders if the driver saw his ELAL bag tags and this complaint was his way of punishing a Jewish person. Does my friend have any recourse?

Meu filho tem 4 anos, é autista e não verbal. Esses dias levei ele à pediatra e, na sala de espera, tinha outra criança autista, que aparentava ter uns 10 anos. Em determinado momento, essa criança provavelmente entrou em crise e agrediu meu filho. Meu filho é extremamente calmo, não sabe reagir a esse tipo de situação e, por ter nascido prematuro, é bem pequeno e magrinho para a idade. Eu simplesmente afastei a criança dele com toda delicadeza do mundo e falei: “não pode”. Pra quê. A mãe da criança ficou FURIOSA comigo, dizendo que eu não podia encostar no filho dela, que ele era autista e que era “normal” ele fazer aquilo. Eu expliquei que meu filho também é autista. A diferença é que, se um dia ele agredir alguém, eu vou intervir, pedir desculpas e ensinar que aquilo não pode acontecer, mesmo que ele esteja em crise. Tem mãe que parece usar o diagnóstico do filho como escudo para nunca precisar corrigir comportamento nenhum. Tudo é “porque ele é autista”, tudo é “você precisa entender”, tudo é “ele não tem culpa”.
