@DamianFog My only retort to this is that Twitter/X is a much worse experience nowadays, more spam/bot replies, less moderation and ads are out of control 🤷

There’s a lot to learn here about health structures especially if we’re serious about maintaining a free #NHS service. Just because we’re not for profit doesn’t mean we shouldn’t reform things.
