However, because it is an instant chat service, if the agents are already assisting multiple customers, the system will temporarily prevent additional users from joining until the current customers have been helped.

You’re happy to take my money but when i need to clarify something about my account nothing !!!

The @RoyalMintUK are utterly hopeless at customer service. No-one answers their telephones, and when I emailed, this was their reply…

What's up? Not been able to talk with the UK's Royal Mint for over a week! Telephone lines down, contact form and emails not being responded to. Accounts marked inactive waiting for documents previously provided and approved @RoyalMintUK

@JosieWales99 @crislar Good evening, Sorry you have not been able to get in touch. Our telephone lives are experiencing technical issues at the moment, but we are working to get this resolved ASAP. Unfortunatley This has generated a lot more email and webform traffic.

@Stephen_Asbury @RoyalMintUK I am the same. Ordered 4 1oz dracula coins as that was all it would let me have. Opening the package there was 1, no refund. Rang them 4 times, they said that accounts would refund me. Every time you ring it's 45 minutes plus. Still waiting.
