So it seems the only thing that @TicketmasterCS can say about problems buying @aew tickets at @UtilitaArenaCDF is "Please see DM. Thanks!" then the DM says "Please ensure you're following the correct link to the presale Thanks!" then when you click on the link: (1/2)
