Lifts do not work in A block of Katyayani society 24x7 and go on rest when get tired. The lifts were installed about 6 yrs back and the lift stopped working on 2nd day itself and since then your lifts take rest like humans. To save the life of persons frequently held up in lifts can be provided water food oxygen cylinders medicine etc from a window made in trolleys of lifts for needy ppl senior citizens held up in lifts for hours to unless taken out by residents your company lift engineers are not available in Dwarka area and take hours to come to society. No service is given between 6 PM to 10 AM next day. We have 6 lifts in society. Please change both the lifts in A block of Katyayani Cghs plot 8 Sector 6 Dwarka without delay., Thanks and looking forward to immediate action Copy to MC of katyayani.
