It's live!
As the work of Ray Peat has gained traction, more and more people have asked for a simple & practical overview of his main ideas.
This article is my humble attempt at presenting just that.
Give it a read and/or share it with your loved ones!

Writing is the equivalent of taking the crumpled paper ball of thoughts stored in your brain and slowly flattening it out so you can read what it says.
It turns inaudible whispers into readable lines you can think about deeply, over time, and refer back to when in need.

@ThomasMCornwall I’ve also seen this section used to show parts of outfits with the title “Complete the outfit”.
While that may be better suited as an upsell upon adding to cart/before checkout, it is also a hint that the products listed are related.
English

@ThomasMCornwall If, for ex., you are selling jackets, same length, similar style — show the other styles in that section.
This is the equivalent of a store rep saying “oh, we don’t have the one from the store front in your size, but I think you’ll like some of these. We have them in M and L”

@WickedViper23 And you used AI to generate that question, right? :D
Jokes aside, formulated like this it looks like an ad audience definition that has the potential to scare the viewers with its accuracy.
English

@rsdimitrov “How many people Tweeting from Houston are showing signs of untreated depression when measured through a shift in word usage and Tweet timing when cross referenced with their spending patterns and credit limits?”

Quick and dirty scraping of episode titles of a podcast:
1. Go find your podcast at listennotes.com
2. Click "Load More" until you are happy
3. Open the Chrome DevTool console and paste:
$$("h3 a").forEach(element => console.log(element.text));
4. Copy console results

@DesignJokes @typogramco Awesome! Let me know when it goes live! :)
English

@rsdimitrov @typogramco Interest take! I think I will take your direction on the next iteration!
English

@DesignJokes just checked @typogramco 's landing page.
It looks like a product that could really solve a pain point for its users.
Its benefits weren't obvious from the start.
Hopefully this change could reduce your homepage bounce rate:
