This guy is a fraud. Telegram messages stay unencrypted on their servers all the time. 99%.
(Well, encrypted with a hot key they know and use).

WhatsApp’s “E2E encryption by default” claim is a giant consumer fraud: ~95% of private messages on WhatsApp end up in plain-text backups on Apple/Google servers — not E2E-encrypted. Backup encryption is optional, and few people enable it — let alone use strong passwords.

It all depends on what you want tho, there's always something cheaper but you should definitely not be spending that high from your small monthly salary on a hosting platform.

I took a dare and deleted my previous Upwork account.
I created another one with this tool and I'm sure I found the cheat code to Upwork. I got an invite to propose from a client within 1 hour, I hadn't even added links.
