I'm going to say it again, it isn't just here. The gifs were supplied by Tenor, a part of Google. They stopped letting everyone have access to them for free. It also affected other sites. You can go to Tenor and save gifs on your device. It you can use the gif on your keyboard.

For years, Canada has discriminated against American dairy producers, and has added tariffs on American alcohol and quotas on U.S. autos. President Trump’s announcement of additional tariffs on Canada should be a wakeup call to treat American producers fairly. The President is right to once again stand up for American farmers and American businesses. The message is clear: end the discrimination within the next month or these tariffs will remain.
