2 of 2. You generally get your undergrad done between year 3 & 4. Then you can take classes of interest, get a 2nd undergrad or push toward a masters. As long as you are still taking full time hrs - you get to keep playing out your football eligibility.

1 of 2. I see a lot of comments about “Carson Beck graduated, why is he still playing?”. Eligibility and academic progress are intertwined but 2 very different things. You get 4 or 5 (redshirt) football yrs. You must maintain a minimum GPA and always take a min of 12 hrs.
