I'll address the "fat" comments. In some cases, one of the medications that's supposed to assist in fat distribution to places like the breasts and hips, can have the opposite effect when filtered by the liver. This is what happened to me, I gained 60lbs. However, since my surgery, and a change in medications, I'm already redistributing weight correctly now. Calling me fat, does nothing, as I've already known for years that I'm fat. As for the very explicit death threat, come and try it. I've made it clear, be it government, or a private paramilitary group, make sure you send young single men, I would hate to make widows...
