It’s an AI compute choke point So Tesla is rolling out FSD V14 Lite in the US first and will expand internationally as technical verification, regional adaptation & regulatory approvals allow "This update ensures that HW3 vehicle owners will continue to benefit from ongoing software updates" To bridge the gap, Tesla is also offering → Discounted trade-ins for HW4 → Future retrofits (replacing cameras & computers) via new micro-factories You can either use supervised FSD with V14 Lite, or upgrade to HW4 for the Robotaxi future...
