What is so difficult in making curd in India?? Need milk and a little bit of culture which you can easily request from next door neighbour. Then why don't people make it ?? Just asking #curd

3 days in Ahmedabad & I've barely seen anyone use Sabarmati Riverfront as public space. Along the Thames, the Seine, the Chicago River or the Hudson Bay, people read, paint, exercise, kayak, lunch, linger daily. Too much concrete, too few trees. This needs better urban design.

No joke, leaving your house in the Morning and returning home safely everyday day is something to give God thanks for.
