@Toyota_India Hycross buying experience : Sales Process - Excellent. Well trained on Lead Engagement ( Being in Business Consulting, I closely watch this ). No nagging calls & willing to go for any number of test drive / explanation. All good. One flip side - booking and delivery date. Somehow I feel it's a scam. No transparency here. After getting the booking amount - they were not able to give any concrete date / month. And the real flip story started from the delivery date
